Ocean Kayaking Expedition in Greenland

Symon Welfringer, Matteo Della Bordella, and Silvan Schupbach went on an adventure to East Greenland. They combined ocean kayaking and big wall climbing to open new routes in an unexplored region. In under six days, they established a 21-pitch granite route called “Forum” (7c, 840m).

They kayaked 350km to reach the climb location. Despite harsh weather and rugged terrain, they persevered to establish two new routes, one 900m and the other 500m.

The film showcases the challenges they faced and the natural landscape’s beauty. This adventure highlights the importance of determination, perseverance, and teamwork.
